We’re back at it for year two at UNH, with two groups and a few new faces! Welcome Brian, Mary Helen, Scott and Anthony! Group One went to visit President Huddleston’s office and had a surprise meet and greet and a photo with President Huddleston while in his beautiful office. After group one went to the horse barns and had time to see Nick, the horse, take a quick bath and ask Portia, a UNH riding student, some questions. Our classroom is right next to the horse barns in Thompson School- Barton Hall. There students worked on a collage about their likes and dislikes and presented them to the class in a get to know you fashion. Then Susan, Group One’s teacher asked the students what they are interested in learning about this semester. Students ideas ranged from paleontology, mammals, and weather. Looks to be a great start to the Wildcat Friends 2010-2011 year!
