Group 1. 3-3-2010
After dinner the group went over to New Hampshire Hall where they warmed up with some triangle tag then the UNH students put together a mini Olympics with 3 events. There was the luge and curling, and chair hockey. Everyone seemed to enjoy the events that got all their energy out. They ended with a group stretch and talked about the importance of stretching before and after exercising. At Nesmith, the class started off with a discussion on sleep and healthy habits. Ann handed out a study based on Jane, and her habits regarding sleep, eating, exercise. Students took turns reading out loud about Jane and as a group they picked out her poor habits and then replaced them with good habits. Ann ended class with some group relaxation.
